Director’s Biography- Humphrey Keeper

A former zoologist, Humphrey Keeper moved into science and natural history filmmaking to try and help research reach the people who need to see it the most. He makes films that highlight the scientists behind the research, showing their struggles to understand both their impact on the world and their place in it.

He is particularly interested in making documentaries centred on scientists who research lesser known species and topics, in particular invertebrates. And is aiming to produce many more of these in the future.
