Director Biography – Juan Luis Santos Martínez

Juan Luis Santos, originally from Villarrobledo (Albacete), holds a degree in Communication Sciences from the Complutense University of Madrid and has a distinguished career in the field of audiovisual media. In addition to his degree, Juan Luis is a Senior Technician in Audiovisual Production and Shows (TVE Institute) and holds a master’s degree in Advanced Postproduction Systems, which has expanded his technical skills in the field of audiovisual postproduction.

Throughout his career, he has collaborated with renowned production companies such as TERRA INCÓGNITA Docs, AMPRODS, ACAJU, CATA (SGAE), and NEW ATLANTIS. However, it is in the area of scriptwriting and direction where Juan Luis has demonstrated a profound mastery of audiovisual storytelling.

His notable works, such as “A Question of Love,” “Alpha,” and “Mawindo: The Drama of the Serengeti,” are a testament to his ability to tell captivating stories, effectively capturing the essence of the subjects he tackles.
