Previously, she worked for the United Nations. Her main focus is migration, human trafficking, psycho-social, environmental, and cultural heritage. Her works were featured on international media outlets and educational platforms. Her films received many global awards and festival screenings like the IOM Global Migration Film Award in Switzerland and the Social Impact Media Award USA
