She walks through a spiral of stones, pravs articles from the UN Genocide Convention and is followed by a drone.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Fluidly, she transforms herself from the foreboding goddess of the hunt, Diana, into a lamenting war widow.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Director Biography &#8211;\u00a0<\/strong>Veronika Dr\u00e4xler<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"data:image\/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAAAAACH5BAEKAAEALAAAAAABAAEAAAICTAEAOw==\" data-layzr=\"https:\/\/imefilmfest.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/Veronika-Draxler.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-3929\" style=\"width:230px;height:auto\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/filmfreeway-production-storage-01-storage.filmfreeway.com\/press_kits\/headshots\/002\/747\/988\/original\/7878bbb4cf-headshot.jpg?1714071618\"><\/a>Veronika Dr\u00e4xler is a media and performance artist whose interdisciplinary research investigates how to balance forces. She appropriates patterns and materials in our cultural landscapes that have been shaped by trauma caused by the (ab)use of power. Then she rearranges them into new environments through self-invented healing rituals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>She studied at the Academy of Fine Arts in<br>Munich with Klaus vom Bruch, Andrea Fraser<br>and Martin Fengel (2011 \u2013 2017).
